What should I DO?

1.  The Planning Inspector is due to submit her recommendations from the Public Inquiry to the Secretary of State on 11 June. This report will not be made public in advance of the Secretary State’s decision: that decision will be made by the next government’s Secretary of State, on or before 16 August 2010. If a Conservative government implements their pre-election promise than we expect the appeal would be refused outright. Otherwise the decision is likely to follow the Inspector’s recommendation. From the evidence presented at the Public Inquiry, it is considered that the probability of  a decision to refuse planning permission is very high.

2.    Send your email address to John Chapman to receive updates by email. You don't need to do this if you have already received an update by email.
