RECOMMENDATION - There have been several previous
applications on this property ~ 98/1946, 98/1948/LB & 00/1338. There was a
Condition 9 of the earlier applications which has never been met. When we put
forward our recommendation for 06/0423 we stated 'Approve subject to condition
9 of earlier applications being resolved'. That application was approved with
conditions BUT nothing re. Condition 9 which had previously been incorporated.
We are not opposing the current
application but are querying the previously imposed Condition 9.
