APPLICATION – 10/P/0951/F - Conversion of
roof space to existing garage building to provide a playroom/office with
WC. Dormer windows to side roof
elevation for Mr David Paddock, Batsford,
RECOMMENDATION - The Councillors who looked at this
application reported that it does not overlook anyone else and the proposal is
on top of the existing garage which is set into the hillside. However, it is in the Green Belt.
b)
APPLICATION 10/P/0954/F – Erection of a

c)
APPLICATION 10/P/1017/F – Erection of 1
no. live/work unit and detached garage for Mr & Mrs G Fleming,
RECOMMENDATION – Two
councillors visited the property but had to leave a card at the neighbour’s, Mrs S Routley, No 3. She ‘phoned later to say that there was no
problem with the development. Cllrs.
felt that there was plenty of room, it does not overlook anyone, but with H7
covered there seems to be no problem.
They point out that it is believed that there used to be a house on the site, No. 5, but this was condemned and pulled down some years ago. However, we have no proof of this. The application was reviewed by a third Councillor.
